Class Timetable

Classes run for 1.5 hours.

The gym is available for open mat sessions between classes, all day for full members.

  • Open Mat for PT sessions or solo training available all day in between classes

  • Please note, walk-ins are fine but if you are training for the first time with us and you want to join in ANY class, you will need to come 5-10 minutes early so that we can get you started in time for the session.

  • All sessions have a 15 minute cut off for latecomers, unless discussed prior with the coaching staff.
