Class Timetable
Classes run for 1.5 hours.
The gym is available for open mat sessions between classes, all day for full members.
Open Mat for PT sessions or solo training available all day in between classes
Please note, walk-ins are fine but if you are training for the first time with us and you want to join in ANY class, you will need to come 5-10 minutes early so that we can get you started in time for the session.
All sessions have a 15 minute cut off for latecomers, unless discussed prior with the coaching staff.
